Dropped an egg in the kitchen?

If you drop a whole egg on the floor first of all don't panic. Instead, pour salt all over the egg, let it sit for awhile, then use a dustpan to get under it and pick it up. Some mysterious chemical reaction has occurred and the egg will come right up, without all the mess. Amazing!
